Gumbi Gumbi leaf has been used traditionally by the Aborigines. Dried leaves are perfect infused into a tea. Gumbi Gumbi leaves have a bitter taste but when mixed with other teas, is easily disguised presenting a pleasant taste combined.
Lemon Myrtle leaf has a beautiful citrus flavour and is amazingly refreshing.
Rosella flower has a tart flavor and expels colour, making it natural food colouring.
Green tea leaf is a great alternative to black tea. It has not undergone processing which is why it retains its colour and it is less bitter and has a slight sweetness.
