These interactive sessions blend storytelling, education, and taste, showcasing native ingredients such as lemon myrtle, wattleseed, and kangaroo in a Modern Koori Fusion style. Chef Jo-Ann Lee is a proud Wiradjuri woman with over 25 of experience in the culinary space. A passionate communicator, Jo-Ann loves cooking with and for others, and her workshops and demonstrations are not to be missed.
