The Pepper Leaf has a lovely peppery and chilli undertone, which flavours Emu, beef, pork and salt & pepper seafood.  Pepper leaf mixed with Wattleseed makes a great rub for Kangaroo. Best used in sauces, chutneys, meats, cheeses, pate, breads, dampers, pastas.
